1. Purpose of Processing

The personal data you provide will be processed for the operational needs of the Music and Drama Theatre “Konstantin Kisimov”, related to the organisation and promotion of cultural and musical initiatives, including:

• event management and coordination;
• administrative and communication activities (incl. sending emails);
• fulfilment of legal obligations under tax, labour and civil law.

Processing is carried out on the basis of:

• Art. 6(1)(a) and (c) GDPR – consent of the data subject and compliance with legal obligations;
• Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR – where special categories of personal data are processed with explicit consent.

3. Method of Processing & Retention Period

Data is processed both automatically and manually (in paper form), in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, confidentiality, data minimisation, and purpose limitation.

Data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and no longer than legally required retention periods plus an additional period of up to 10 years.

4. Data Recipients

Data may be provided only to employees, collaborators, and institutions explicitly authorised by the Data Controller, and solely for the purposes described in this notice.

5. Special Categories of Data

If you provide data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health status, or sexual orientation, such data will be processed only with your explicit written consent.
